Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions I hear most from buyers, sellers, and investors across Mohave County and the Colorado River region. Don’t see yours here? Just ask.

What areas do you work in?

I work primarily in Bullhead City, Fort Mohave, Kingman, and Lake Havasu City, and the surrounding Colorado River communities in Mohave County, Arizona.

Do you work with both buyers and sellers?

Yes, I represent both buyers and sellers, as well as investors looking at residential and commercial property.

What does it cost to work with you as a buyer?

There’s no cost to reach out or have an initial conversation. If you decide to work together, buyer representation is spelled out in a written buyer agency agreement that we go over together before you start touring homes, so you know exactly what to expect.

I’m not ready to buy or sell yet — can I still reach out?

Absolutely. A lot of the people I work with start by just asking questions. There’s no pressure and no obligation — reach out whenever you’re ready, even if that’s just to talk through options.

Do you work with real estate investors?

Yes. I can talk through the numbers, not just showings, whether you’re looking at a long-term rental, a short-term rental, or a fix-and-flip. The Rental Property Calculator is a quick way to run the numbers on a property.

Can you help me find a property I could use as an Airbnb?

Yes. I look at properties the way an investor does — location, layout, parking, HOA rules, and local permit requirements — and we run realistic numbers before you commit. More on Airbnb & short-term rental properties.

Can you help with VA loans or veteran buyers?

Yes. I’m passionate about helping veterans find housing, and I can walk you through how a VA loan works alongside a local lender. See the Buyer’s Guide for the specifics.

How do I find out what my home is worth?

The What’s My Home Worth? tool gives you a fast automated estimate. For a precise number based on actual comparable sales, reach out directly and I’ll run a real market analysis on your property.

Do you provide a market analysis or CMA?

Yes, and there’s no cost for it. The Market Report page gives a big-picture read on the local market; contact me directly for a property-specific analysis.

Do you work with snowbirds and winter visitors?

Yes. A lot of winter visitors eventually decide to own a place here. The Snowbird Buyer’s Guide covers what to look for in a seasonal home, second-home taxes, and buying from out of state.

I’m relocating from out of state — can you help?

Yes. A lot of buyers I work with are relocating from California, Nevada, and elsewhere. I can help you understand the area, the market, and what to expect before you even visit.

Still Have a Question?

Reach out directly — I personally respond to every inquiry, usually the same day.
