If you call, text, or email me using the contact links on the Site, you are providing that information (such as your phone number, name, or email address) directly to me, not to the Site itself, and it is handled the same way I handle any other client or prospect communication.

The Site also has a “Serious Inquiries Only” page (/inquiries.html) with a questionnaire about what you're looking for. If you use it, the information you enter — such as your name, phone number, property address (if selling), email, whether you're buying, selling, or renting, property type (residential and/or commercial), intended use (personal or investment), areas of interest, maximum price, timeline, and any notes — is submitted through Netlify (the company that hosts this Site) and delivered to me by email; after submitting, you're taken to a thank-you page confirming it was received. Netlify processes this submission on my behalf and does not use it for its own purposes; see the Netlify Privacy Policy. I use this information only to follow up with you and better understand what you're looking for, and do not sell or share it with unrelated third parties.

The Site also has three short forms, submitted and delivered to me the same way through Netlify: a market-updates email list on the Market Report page (your email address only); a VA Home Buying 101 workshop list on the Buyer’s Guide page (your name and email, plus your phone number and veterans group or post if you choose to add them); and a pricing-check request on the Seller’s Guide page (your name, email, property address, and when you might sell, plus your phone number if you choose to add it). If you use “Send Me Your Numbers” on the Rental Property Calculator, the figures you entered and the results are included with your inquiry. I use this information only to send what you asked for — market updates, workshop details, or your pricing check — and to follow up if you ask me to. You can ask to be removed at any time by replying to any email or contacting me directly.
